Mani Rajan
Mani Rajan, the founder of PSPL began his journey as a disability support worker in 2011. Now, he has over a decade of experience in this field and is using his expertise to see his clients reach their maximum capacity and lead a better quality of life.

We work together, alongside families, to give our clients a better quality of life, explore their interests and use it to build their goals to live independently. We are dedicated to supporting and helping our clients live without limits.

Juliet Herald
Juliet Herald a teacher by profession, has volunteered and worked with vulnerable people and children from various background for many years back in India. She is passionate to see children and adults grow into their potential regardless of where they are in their life.
She joined our team in 2020 and had been managing our team and helping our clients accomplish their life goals through unique ways and methods.
